CH30 and CH33

  • Once you receive your Certificate of Eligibility for educational benefits from the VA, please contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@stcc.edu to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • . 
  • For your appointment you will need to bring your DD214, your COE, and an ID. 

Transfer CH33

  • Follow the steps above but you do not have DD214.

CH35/DEA

  • Once you receive your Certificate of the Eligibility for educational benefits from the VA, please contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@stcc.edu to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • .
  • For your appointment you will need to bring your COE and an ID. 

VR&E

  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@stcc.edu to schedule an onboarding appointment. 
  • Complete the intake form.
  • For your appointment you will need paperwork from your counselor showing a benefit and an ID. 

National Guard / NG Transfer Benefit

  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@stcc.edu to schedule an onboarding appointment.

  • If you have the Selective Reserve MGIB or a kicker apply have your unit submit a NOBE DD-2384 then .
  • For your appointment you will need a copy of your NOBE, the Certificate of Eligibility from the VA, and your military ID. 

Reservists

  • We have a DODMOU contract! 
  • Reach out to your education office on base to find out the specifications as they vary from branch to branch. 
  • Once you have your information 
  • Contact Dr. Kimberly Reese at 413-755-5343 or kareese2201@stcc.edu to schedule an onboarding appointment.
